How do I place an order?
DTF transfer gang sheets and custom apparel can be ordered right from our online store: choose your product, upload your artwork, and check out. For bulk orders, team orders, or anything you'd like priced out first, use our Request a Quote form or call us at 516-820-0272.
Do you have order minimums?
There are no minimums on DTF transfer gang sheets, so you can order just one. Screen printing is priced with a 12-piece minimum. For minimums on other decorated apparel, reach out and we'll walk you through your options.
How fast will I get my order?
DTF transfer gang sheets ship within 24 hours. Turnaround for decorated apparel depends on the process and quantity; send us a Request a Quote or give us a call and we'll let you know what to expect for your project.
What sizes and prices are available for DTF gang sheets?
22-inch wide DTF gang sheets in nine lengths from 1 ft to 40 ft: 1 ft $6.80, 2 ft $13.60, 5 ft $34, 7 ft $47.50, 10 ft $62, 15 ft $85, 20 ft $108, 30 ft $155, 40 ft $196.
What file formats should I send for my artwork?
We accept PDF files for DTF gang sheets (export a PDF from Illustrator or your design app; vector artwork or 300 DPI at print size recommended). PNG/JPG are not accepted for gang sheets. Questions about your file? Call us at 516-820-0272.
Will my printed colors match my screen?
Screens show color with light (RGB), but we print with ink (CMYK). Bright colors such as neon, vivid cyan, and electric blue can print duller than they look on your monitor, so printed colors may not exactly match what you see on screen. For the closest match, send CMYK artwork as a PDF. If a color is critical, tell us before you order and we can match it to a Pantone color where possible; a small fee may apply. We're happy to email a picture proof of your design for approval before we print.
Are there artwork or setup fees?
It depends on the process:
- DTF Transfer Sheets: $0
- Sublimation: $0
- DTF Printing (on apparel): $35 artwork/setup fee
- Screen Printing: $35 artwork/setup fee
- Embroidery: $50 digitizing fee
How do I apply my DTF transfers?
Quick summary:
- Set your heat press to 320°F (160°C).
- Press with medium pressure for 12–15 seconds.
- Let the transfer cool for 15 seconds.
- Peel the film.
- Re-press to finish.
What decoration methods do you offer?
We offer DTF transfer sheets, plus custom apparel with DTF printing, embroidery, sublimation, and screen printing. Screen printing is available for designs of up to 5 colors.
How does shipping work?
DTF transfer gang sheets ship within 24 hours. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. For decorated apparel and larger orders, shipping details will be included with your order or quote.
