Custom Patches.
Embroidered, woven, PVC, chenille or leather, built to last. Pick your options, we confirm everything in writing.
Size and shape: tell us the size you need and where it will be worn. We will recommend what works best for your artwork. Very small text and fine lines may need to be simplified. Minimum quantity depends on the patch type and is confirmed with your quote. Borders vary by patch type.

Artwork Requirements
Artwork Requirements
- Vector artwork (AI, EPS, or PDF) is best. A clear, high-resolution PNG or JPG also works.
- CMYK color mode, not RGB. Colors on screen can look different once made into a patch, so tell us if a color must match closely.
- Keep designs bold and simple. Thin lines and tiny text may not stitch or weave clearly.
